Cobia
Troutlodge Marine has quickly become a premier supplier of genetically-superior cobia
(Rachycentron canadum) eggs and juveniles. Eggs and juveniles of this species are supplied from our facilities in Vero Beach, Florida. Cobia is a tropical marine species known for its tremendous growth rates (up to 7 kg in one year) and its valuable white flesh that is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.

Sablefish
Troutlodge Marine is currently in the research and development stages of establishing a sustainable production of sablefish

Moi
Moi is the local Hawaiian name given to a warm water reef species known to others as Pacific threadfin
(Polydactylus sexfilis). Troutlodge Marine Farms has been working with moi since shortly after establishing our presence in Kona. We maintain our own selected broodstock, from which we produce eggs and juveniles for sale to on-growing farms, as well as for our own production of moi for the local food markets.

Florida Pompano
Troutlodge Marine and our predecessors have been working with Florida pompano
(Trachinotus carolinus) for over a decade, and have developed a very consistent supply of the highest-quality eggs and juveniles of this high-value marine species. These eggs and juveniles are produced at our Vero Beach, Florida marine hatchery.
